Following the flood in Gonaives in 2004, a small circus company traveled to Haiti, on the initiative of Clowns Without Borders (CWB) and Care For Children. They presented thirty shows in schools and villages: 33 000 clown noses were distributed in elementary schools as well as more than a million smiles... The tour also included a week of social circus training with street youth, in a socio-professional integration center located in Port-au-Prince.
